Welcome to The Studio for Yoga
Located in the heart of downtown historic Moorestown we offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels from beginners thru advanced students. In addition to group classes our specialty is private yoga instruction for the individual.
Small classes mean you’ll receive lots of personal attention and support from our experienced, dedicated teachers. As our teachers guide you in your practice you’ll discover the many benefits of yoga for your whole being.
Our most basic classes- Tranquility yoga and Beginner’s yoga- are the perfect place to start if you’re brand new to practicing. If you’re an experienced student or looking for a more dynamic practice the regular class schedule also includes both vinyasa and power vinyasa yoga. In addition we offer the following specialty yoga classes: lunchtime, yin and private classes for individuals and small groups. Workshops and special classes to promote wellness for the body-mind are also offered regularly.
Our beautiful serene studio has terra cotta-colored brick walls and large floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the room in natural light- a warm and inviting sanctuary to practice in. Come take a class with us today. We look forward to meeting you on the mat and helping you begin or continue your yoga journey.

A slow flow hatha yoga class focusing on deeply stretching the muscles and releasing the tension from the day. Melt away your stress and nurture your soul with this new series. Progress in your yoga practice doesn't always occur by "doing". An equally important aspect of yoga practice is the ability to let go, to not control, to experience what is without interfering. Recharge your energy reserves and heal the effects of stress, bringing about conscious relaxation. Beneficial for all levels of practice and experience.
